Villa Amara is a lovely 3 bedroomed villa with private pool, gardens and shaded hot tub set on the prestigious Blue Line development in Navarone Bay, Lindos. The large garden is planted with pine trees, olive, oleander and bougainvillea and you can enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views. . In addition to the large soft astro turf garden, the substantial patio has numerous seating areas with traditional ceramic qupi pots, making this Greek retreat the perfect spot for your villa holiday in Lindos.



An outstanding corner plot, gives you the benefit of extensive grounds to soak up the sunshine around your own private pool, relax in the shaded hot tub or retreat under a shady tree with a good book or practice your best yoga moves. There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool on the fully tiled terrace area and a fabulous sofa seating area, perfect for those sundowner moments. The table and chairs offers dining under the wooden pergola which enhances the concept of the indoor/outdoor Mediterranean living. A large stonebuilt BBQ is a popular asset in our villas and this is no exception with an extended version to ensure that the BBQ chef in your group is in his or her element.



The villa is spread over 3 floors and has all the amenities and mod cons you would expect from a luxury villa The ground floor is bright and open plan with a comfortable lounge area with a large sofa, SMART TV with Netflix, DVD and free wifi for your entertainment needs. A cloakroom on the ground floor is fully tiled with WC, wash basin, mirror and equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Patio doors allow you to step outside into your private pool and garden area or simply enjoy the view from the comfort of the sofa. The kitchen is superbly equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and everything you need to be able to prepare meals and snacks. A pine table with six chairs is situated next to the kitchen should you wish to dine in the airconditioning or patio doors lead onto your al fresco dining area.



There are two spacious double bedrooms on the first floor, both with fantastic views of the pool and the sea and the Master Bedroom has its own private balcony too. On the 3rd floor you will find the family room with double bed and double futon with TV/DVD, perfect for keeping the children entertained. The window also has a view of the Cliffs of Navarone. The family room can sleep up to 2 adults in the double and 2 small children on the futon if required. There is space for a cot in both the doubles on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with pine wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. The family bathroom on the first floor is fully tiled and has a walk in shower, sink and WC All rooms are fully air conditioned with a remote control to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.

Situated 1800m from Lindos and 500m from the beach at Navarone, this location makes it popular for those who wish to have the luxury of a quiet private pool close to the old village of Lindos and neighbouring resort of Pefkos. There is off-road parking for 4 cars and we can quote for car rental as required.

Great house in a quiet lane. All recent, modern with efficient air conditionning in all rooms. Very nice outdoor space. Very reachable and efficient management and maintenance team whenever we needed help. Pool cleaned daily. Situated close enough to reach a beach on foot (navarone bay) and a bus stop but we recommend a car to explore the island.
