There are 2 bedrooms with double beds ,1 bedroom with single bed and 1 bedroom with a single sofa that can convert to a single bed. The bedrooms are roomy, bright, and airy yet relaxed. Also on the 1st floor there is a fully bathroom with bathtub and shower and a wc on the ground floor.

Theres a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation. Also, theres a comfy dining area and a large living room. The living room has a large screen TV with satellite channels. The decorating style is pretty inspiring and inviting. Outdoors, theres the enchanting private swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding and the summer sun. With spacious furnished veranda and surrounding patio and BBQ facilities, you will have the perfect place to enjoy the amazing Greek summer. You will have 3 bicycles provided with your stay, in order to joy a nice ride to the Village. Enjoy your morning coffee with the morning sun and drinks on a veranda while you feel the cooling breezes as the sun is setting.
This unique villa is set in the calm and serene area of Pastida with views of olive groves, Filerimos, and beyond. Pastida is a village that has to offer you everything you might need during your stay and is located only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The coastline is found at a driving distance of only 10 minutes. Also, the airport of Rhodes is found really close to the villa, only 10 minutes. You should not miss visiting the center of Rhodes as well as the Old City of Rhodes. They are found at a driving distance of only 30 minutes. Also, Valley of Butterflies is near the villa, only 20 minutes. There you will have a chance to admire the beauty of Greek nature and see something truly unique! Rhodes has many places that worth visiting, one of them is the Lindos Acropolis, the most incredible archaeological site on the island. It is found at a distance of 50 minutes drive.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
