This beautiful & stylish Villa is the ideal location for a relaxing family holiday. Villa Litsa offers a high standard of accommodation coupled with a serene and tranquil environment to help you make the most of your stay in Rhodes. First floor : one double bedroom with baby cot when required .The second room has one large sofa which can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child and 1 family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a fire place which can help create a perfect atmosphere during the out off summer nights .The kitchen and dining area is open plan. 1WC with washing machine. Kitchen : dishwasher, oven, hub, fridge/freezer, baby high chair . Dining indoors for 6 - Satellite TV , DVD and CD Player. The house is fully air-conditioned. Villa has its own off road parking. The property is surrounded from a planted garden, has a private swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor dining furniture with BBQ. The Villa offers superb surroundings and a relaxing environment. The Villa is approx. 500m from the beach of Kalathos, 180m from the nearest Supermarket .Just 5km journey away from the historic village of Lindos , 10km of Pefkos and 45km from Rhodes Diagoras Airport and Rhodes old Town & Ports . For bigger or 2 families we provide a second house with same description next to Villa Litsa. For details contact with the owner.

Villa Litsa is a beautiful villa in a small hamlet just outside Lindos. The location is convenient for the main roads to Rhodes and Lindos, but quiet and within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets and several tavernas and bars.

Here is everything perfect from beginning till the end. Amazing privacy, while being in walking distance to 7-8 excellent restaurants. Super beach 5 min walking distance. Top vacation !

Mooie ruime villa, fijne badkamer, 2 zitjes buiten, mooier dan op de foto's. Bij de deuren zitten extra hordeuren, ook boven, dus dat is fijn.De beheerder reageert snel en geeft veel informatie.Meerdere fijne restaurants op loopafstand en ook een kleine supermarkt met voldoende keuze. En ze hebben daar heel veel leuke Griekse producten om als souvenir mee te nemen (baklava, honing, olijven, ouzo)

Sonne und Erholung pur

Alles wunderbar. Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle, großzügige Villa, gut entfernt von Trubel. Tavernen zu Fuß erreichbar, besonders authentisch und lecker bei Stefano. Herrlicher Pool am Haus, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Wir kommen wieder - genau in diese Villa.

Wonderful property and area!

The villa was amazing with a gorgeous pool. There was everything you needed. The host was easily contactable and helped with any questions we had. The photos online really don’t do it justice to how beautiful it really is.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft

Und hat es als Katzenfreunde sehr gut gefallen, die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und war schön ruhig so wie wir es gerne genießen. Da wir ein Mietauto hatten waren Tagesausflüge eh kein Problem.

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage der Villa ist super! Tavernen, BeachBars, Strand, kleiner Supermarkt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut. Ausser ein Staubsauger oder Besen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben viel Zeit im und am Pool verbracht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Great place to relax and discover Rhodes

Our stay at Villa Litsa was very good - a lovely house in a quiet corner of a scenic area. The house and the grounds were spotless and easy to maintain while enjoying warm days. Air conditioning worked perfect and the pool was super nice. We arrived late and left early on our first and last day - everything was easily arranged with our host. Highly recommended!

Villa Litsa is a lovely place to stay, spacious, clean and tidy with a gorgeous outside area. At least 3 tavernas and a well stocked mini supermarket in 10/15 mins walk. Within a similar distance is the local beach. Takis was on hand to quickly solve a problem with the air conditioning. We would highly recommend Villa Litsa as a great base to stay at, close to Lindos and beautiful beaches. Around 45 minutes to get to Rhodes Town. Kalathos is your nearest town with more tavernas, shops, pharmacy and a bank.

Wildfire Rhodes

We had a great vacation for 4 days, but the last 3 days where a bit “nervous” because of the wildfire in the area. We had to evacuate because of the fire - No water and No power in the house, but at least We are Home safe. The host was so kind and helpful. We stayed in their private house for the last night. Incredible hospitality from the host - but not the best Way to end our vacation.

Dream Vacation

We had a great vacation. The house is as advertised and shown on the photos, we enjoyed it very much. It is in a quiet area, so you can relax in the house or in the garden. The pool is great and maintained every second day by a service. The house itself is well equipped and there was everything we needed. If something was coming up, the owner responded very quickly. There are some restaurants nearby, we can especially recommend "Stefanos Family" only a short walk from the house. A bigger supermarket is only a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely come again!

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful holiday at villa Litsa! Just before the start of the season (last week of April), it was still very calm in Kalathos, not everything had opened yet, but we really liked the fact that it was calm. We had the beach completely to ourselves. We received clear directions and info from Takis just before our arrival. The house is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated. Everything accordingly to the photos and info on the site.The pool area/ garden is wonderful. The pool is cleaned every other day by a nice Irish man, who provided us with lots of tips on restaurants ( we really enjoyed Alli Fasi in Kalathos) and sights to see. Big plus for us: every window has insect screens, so not a fly or mosquito inside! Little adjustment necessary on our side, due to the fact that you can't throw toiletpaper in the toilet (you have to use the bin) but we got used to this new habit very quickly. Rhodes is a beautiful island and villa Litsa is a great place to stay. Thank you Takis and family for letting us stay in your nice villa!

Outstanding. What a beautiful villa!

We stayed here for 10 wonderful days in May. The villa is beautiful, the kids loved the pool and the beach was only 10 minutes down the road. The villa was well stocked with toaster, coffee maker, oven etc - it was like being at home! We will definitely come back to Villa Litsa in years to come :) Thank you so much for letting us use your wonderful property.

A beautiful villa

Villa Litsa is a beautiful traditional villa, with a lovely 10m pool and outdoor swing & eating area. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. In a peaceful location, so a car is necessary. Aircon works well and the kitchen has most utensils you would expect. We arrived late & the owners had got us some water, milk & bread which we were extremely grateful for. Lovely big TV with Netflix, once we had worked out how to change the language to English. We would love to return to this wonderful home for another visit and have already passed on the details to 3 friends who asked about it when they saw our photos. Thank you Takis for allowing us to stay in your lovely & welcoming home.

Entspannter Urlaub - nahe Lindos

Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und entspricht der Beschreibung. Es liegt zwischen Olivenbäumen mit 2 Nachbarn. Die Hotelanlage ist ca 500-800 Meter entfernt und man hört sie nur manchmal Abends wenn Shows gemacht werden. Blick aufs Meer hat man nicht. Das Meer selbst ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man einen sehr langen feinen Kiesstrand der sehr sauber ist und man entweder Liegen mietet oder sich einfach einen Platz sucht. Gedränge gibt es da definitiv nicht. Wir hatten ein Auto, welches ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen würde. Gleichzeitig muss ich sagen, dass es ohne Auto möglich ist. Bus, Tavernen und ein Mini-Market sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lindos ist mit dem Auto 10 Minuten entfernt. Grosser Supermarkt 5 Minuten (Daneben unbedingt die Konditorei nutzen ;-)) Die Betreuung vom Eigentümer war über SMS aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigt haben hat er diese gerne und rasch zur Verfügung gestellt (Wo kann ich in der Nähe Covid testen, Restaurants, ...) Danke für die Zeit! Wir haben sie sehr genossen!

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern. Perfekter Zustand. Damit es ganz perfekt ist, bräuchte es in der Küche kleine Aufbesserungen. Mehr Gläser, Essmesser statt Rüstmesser. Und gute Messer fehlen ganz. Sonst aber alles OK. Zwei Kleinigkeiten stimmten am Anfang nicht, aber die Vermieterin hat alles prompt wieder in Stand gestellt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr gut, sie kümmert sich sofort um Anliegen. Kann dieses Haus nur bestens empfehlen. Eine kleine Oase.

Traumvilla in Kalathos

Die Villa liegt in Kalathos und nicht weit vom Strand. Mit ihrem privaten Pool kann man sich jeder Zeit abkühlen. Die Villa verfügt über alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünschen kann und ist sehr neu, hell, sauber und ruhig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Excellent holiday

Lovely villa, as it appears in the photos. Pool is great, nice size. Very well maintained. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. The area has plenty to offer. Lovely beaches, areas of interest. We particularly liked Lindos and our daughters enjoyed the shopping there! Lots of choice of places to eat. We hired a car and although not essential it does mean you can explore the island more. We highly recommend this villa and would like to go back.

Wunderschöner Urlaub ;-)

Hallo Takis, wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in deinem Ferienhaus verbracht und konnten uns richtig gut vom Alltagsstress erholen. Unser Mailkontakt war super, alle Fragen wurden richtig und schnell beantwortet. Und als wir endlich beim Haus angekommen sind, haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt ... ein wahnsinnig toller und großer Pool, eine ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage. Alle Ausfugsziele waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, aber auch die Bushaltestelle war nicht weit. In dem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns selbst verpflegt und am Abend auf der Terasse gegessen. Aber auch die Taverne "Stefano`s Family" ist sehr zu empfehlen und lädt zu einem Spaziergang und Abendessen am Abend ein. Es war wirklich toll und wir konnten uns gut erholen.
