Complex complejo recientemente renovado, que consta de 4 apartamentos individuales y totalmente equipados (10 habitaciones, 6 baños, ocupación máxima 22 personas), alquilados como uno para garantizar la privacidad, piscina privada y amplia zona al aire libre!

En la planta baja se llega a 2 apartamentos. Cada uno consta de 2 habitaciones (2 dobles y la segunda con una habitación doble), un baño completo con cabina de ducha. Además, un espacio de planta abierta en cada uno, que incluye la sala de estar, la cocina y el área de comedor, que completa toda la sensación de relajación y elegancia.

En el primer y segundo piso, dos apartamentos individuales de 100 m2 cada uno. Se componen de 3 dormitorios, el primero con 2 gemelos y los otros dos con una cama doble cada uno, 2 baños completos con cabina de ducha (esta con baño privado) y bañera.
Una cocina totalmente equipada al lado de la sala de estar, decorada con gusto, le proporcionará todo lo que pueda necesitar.

Al aire libre, en la espaciosa área de 1000 m2, puede acceder fácilmente a la piscina de 50 metros cuadrados con una piscina para niños de 5 metros cuadrados, algunas áreas de comedor y de descanso a su alrededor, ¡y también instalaciones de barbacoa!

Lo que se proporciona:
- Servicio de limpieza, cambio de toallas y sábanas una vez por semana.
- Mantenimiento diario de piscinas y jardines.
- Cuna y trona y otros equipos disponibles bajo petición.

Tolle Kommunikation, die Lage ist top für eine große Gruppe, die Anlage ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles top!!!! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche , es war wirklich traumhaft. Für größere Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen.

Not the right fit

Aside from one of the ground floor apts the accommodation was very clean, the location is very poor if you have children, one of the feral cats that freely roam the premises attacked the youngest of our party who was 2yrs old, this meant we couldn’t stay beyond the one night, we moved closer to town for the rest of our stay, the overall feeling was if you could pick up the Villa and drop it somewhere nicer it would be perfect

Perfect villa for a large family group

The four separate units worked very well for us, our three married children plus grand children, with each family unit having it's own apartment. The garden, pool and outside areas are superb. The only point to bear in mind is that the two ground floor apartments are much smaller in terms of living space than the two three bedroom apartments on the first and second floors. This makes it slightly more tricky if you want to do communal catering. None of the apartments has a dishwasher. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Holiday

We were a family of 18 - 6 parents, 10 children and 2 grandmas. The accommodation was perfect and the garden and swimming pool lovely. The staff (Manos the pool man, Maria in charge of housekeeping and Elizabeth the owner's representative) were all extremely kind and helpful. There was a small cafe nearby and a large taverna a short walk away (Poliou House - which served delicious food and had Cretan and Greek dancing on Thursdays - great fun). A car (or more) is essential as there is no supermarket in the village. We explored many parts of Crete, revisiting previous locations and we all enjoyed the water parks, the beaches, sailing trips and cave explorations. A visit to Rethymnon is a must as it is a beautiful town with lots of lovely shops and restaurants and a magnificent harbour. Everyone from the age of 4 to 73 had a truly wonderful holiday. Thank you Asteri Villas!

Sommerurlaub zu zehnt

Die Organisation und die Kommunikation waren super. Das Objekt ist für mehrere kleine Familien sehr gut geeinigt. Wir waren als eine große Gruppe da. Dabei wird es manchmal etwas enger, wenn man sich zusammen aufhalten möchte. Trotzdem ist es empfehlenswert, wenn viele Treppenstufen kein Problem darstellen. Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend als Startpunkt zu unterschiedlichen Zielen auf Kreta. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Gut für Gruppen

Wir hatten ein guten und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Perfekt für größere Gruppen. Nicht weit von Rethymno enfernt, man braucht jedoch wie für beinahe alles in Kreta, ein Auto um zur Villa zu gelangen. Agentur kann beinahe alles zeitnah Vermitteln was man benötigt.

April stay. Two extended families.

We booked as a group of 13. Aged between 8 and 60. The four apartments were well presented and clean. The outside space was fantastic. Lots of different areas to sit in. The local restaurants had a wide choice of food and were easy to walk to. I would suggest a car as the walk to the beach is down a hill. Fine in April but you would not really want to walk back up if it's too hot. If you enjoy walking Mili Gorge was a short drive and not too difficult. A couple of the group went out in the evening in Rethymno for some nightlife and a taxi back was around 20 Euros.

Urlaub mit großer Gruppe

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unsere Anliegen konnten immer sehr schnell geklärt werden. Die Villa ist insgesamt groß und bot einer großen Gruppe wie unserer (18 Personen) ausreichend Platz. Allerdings sind die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss deutlich kleiner und auch dunkler (im Hochsommer vielleicht ein Vorteil?) als die in den oberen Etagen. Die Sauberkeit war Ok, so war z.B. das Geschirr sichtlich "handgespült" (es gibt keine Spülmaschine) und die Sanitäranlagen zwar ordentlich gereinigt, aber doch schon mit den besten Tagen hinter sich. Der Pool ist toll und auch die Außenanlage lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Dorf selbst ist sehr klein und gemütlich, für Besichtigungen ist aber immer eine (teils längere) Autofahrt notwendig. Insgesamt haben wir aber den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Séjour familial au top

Villa parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille (12 adultes & 5 enfants entre 3 et 7 ans et un bébé de 3 mois). Nous avons passé un super séjour avec l'aide d'Elizabeth pour préparer notre voyage et avec Théo durant notre séjour. Excellente réactivité, propositions pour activités (journée sur un catamaran, plongée, ballades ....) et aide pour trouver un médecin quand enfant malade, communication très facile, en résumé : tout était parfait. Tout le monde était enchanté de ces vacances familiales parfaitement réussies. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

...es war fantastisch:-)

Wir waren eine bunte Truppe von 13 Personen (4 Familien), von 1,5 Jahre bis 64 war alles dabei. Trotz Corona hatten wir 12 wundervolle Tage im Oktober. Die Villa ist wirklich großartig. Alle Wohnungen super ausgestattet und super sauber, es hat wirklich an nix gefehlt. In jeder Wohnung war sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine und es waren ausreichend Bademäntel, Hausschuhe und Poolhandtücher vorhanden. Der tolle Pool wurde jeden Morgen von dem netten Poolmann gereinigt. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit vielen verschieden Obstbäumen und Palmen. In der Nähe (ca. 3 Min. zu Fuß) befindet sich eine Taverne mit herzlichen Gastgebern und tollem Essen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Min. in Rethymnon und am Strand. Asteri ist ein Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge. Da wir die letzten Tage schlechtes Wetter im Norden Kretas hatten sind wir schnell in den Süden geflüchtet, wo die Sonne wieder für uns geschienen hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor und während unseres Aufentaltes war perfekt. Ein großes Dankeschön für die vielen Informationen an Elizabeth. Wenn man ein Problem hat (wir hatten uns aus einer Wohnung ausgesperrt) wird sofort geholfen. Wenige Schritte neben der Villa befindet sich Irini's Cafe. Dort haben wir am Anreisetag hervorragend gegessen. Nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wurden alle Betten von Maria frisch bezogen und sie kam ab und zu vorbei und hat gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen:-) Wir können die Villa wirklich weiterempfehlen, besonders geeignet für größere Gruppen. Man hat das ganze Grundstück für sich allein. Perfekter geht es nicht. Wir hatte eine wundervolle Zeit!

Heerlijk verblijf in villa Asteri

We hadden het gehele appartementen-complex voor 14 dagen gehuurd met 16 personen. Er waren voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad en zitjes op schaduwplekken. De eigenaar en medewerkers van het complex waren goed bereikbaar en vragen en verzoeken werden snel opgepakt en verholpen. Onderhoud van tuin en zwembad en het poetsen van de woning was bij aankomst voldoende maar kon gedurende de 14 dagen wat ons betreft beter. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in het complex.

The Villa was what we expected

We were a party of 16 total. 3 families with little kids and 1 family with just adults. The Villa was food because each family had their own appartment with their own kitchen. This way we could have our breakfast at our own time. The pool area was really nice. The kids pool attached to big pool was perfect for the little ones. We celebrated our moms 60th birthday here and had a local lady to come and cook us 3 cours meal. That was really good. Also there was 3 little restaurants/cafes with in a walking distance where we enjoyed dinners and lunches some of the days. The only negative thing really to say was the kitchen equipment in the appartments. All of the appartments had some equipment but not all of them had everything (for example pans and toasters etc.) but we managed since we didn't cook there that much. The rental proses was really smooth. We were happy to spent the week here!

Beautiful place. The rooms are all really nice. There was 14 of us all together and we all enjoyed it. There were two lovely resteraunts in walking distance poliou house and romeo and juliet both different but lovely food and atmosphere. Maria the house keeper was so nice and helped us when needed as well as elizabeth from the agency. Only advice would be a car would be useful you can get around without on buses and taxis etc but a car we found you can get about much easier with but it isnt a necessity. The pool is area is lovely both day and night. We will definately consider returning.

We enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful holiday with our children and grandchildren. The two upper floors of the apartment complex are spacious and luxuriously furnished. The two apartments on the ground floor are smaller, one of which is furnished slightly less luxuriously than the other. The garden is spacious and beautifully laid out with plenty of lying and furniture with a beautiful view. The pool is well maintained and we enjoyed it a lot. As the pictures are depicted on the site, it is also in reality. Thank you so much Elizabeth and Maria for the great service. We heartily recommend this accommodation, we enjoyed it.

Great place for a big family group

Some of us hired cars and went out and about but some just stayed around the pool or walked down to the sea. Excellent outside space with different corners for different people.
