Lloguers de vacances a Conca del Ruhr

"All information we needed to check in available in good time, centrally located so easy to get to, a bit loud at times due to location and an event happening during our stay, but earplugs are provided as a bonus. Really quick to respond when we had a faulty appliance"

"The hotel is not in the old town but right by the station which was really convenient for our trip. It was really clean and tidy with the pool being a very welcome bonus. However, we were three women sharing a larger format studio apartment. It was a good size but the food out sofa bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I could feel all the springs. They also were vague about breakfast at check in and we presumed it was included. It was extortionate for a very underwhelming spread. That the...

"Zu empfehlen"

"The place is an 8-minute walk from the Central Train Station and well located. Check in process was all digital and easy. The room was very clean, it had a kettle and a coffee machine. Also one of the pillows had a heavy blood stain. There were no bedsheets, duvet covers or pillowcases provided for the sofa bed either. As there is no reception for this property I had to WhatsApp the Property Manager to ask for linen for the sofa bed to be provided. He...

"Chambre spacieuse, très agréable , vue sur la forêt. Le sol aurait besoin d'un nettoyage approfondie. Grosses tâches. Douche un peut mal installée , sinon le reste tres bien ."

"We had to wait in line around 30 mins to check in. It was during a popular group’s concert, but this was a residency and they’d had multiple (5) shows prior. The hotel should’ve probably figured out how to manage the check-in rush by that point. The room we reserved and paid for nearly a year ago had a kitchenette, but the room we got didn’t have one. When we asked for another room, we were told that there weren’t any available. When we questioned them as to what they planned to do to make it...
