"The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"Fantastic hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. Bedrooms was spotless everyday by the cleaners,restaurant & bar was fantastic. Write in the heart of Rodney Bay, everything was close walking distance to all the immunties, which was fab.
