"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

Only downside for me was lack of soundproofing between walls to rooms on the same floor and on the ceilings to the rooms above. Room beside mine had an inconsiderate guest (will refrain from stronger language). Got up at 6am to shower and played music nice and loud to waken me and my children. Then proceeds to make a phone call to friends asking them for aftershave. They land...

"The actual duplex was amazing. We had a lovely stay and really appreciated the facilities in the room. Just a few niggles! The lift was broken which I understand is unprecedented, and Kieran was lovely at offering us complimentary late check out. However, that message wasn’t communicated with other staff and were told we were late to the existing check out time, which made us a little unsure. Also, I appreciate that there is not A/C in all the rooms, but the fans available were gathering...
