Tried to hook up a fire stick to watch movies and they have it blocked. Staff was extremely helpful in trying to assist with the problem but found out it basically wasn't equipped for that. "The toilet bowl was not cleaned when we arrived. It still has poop dirt on the side. The toilet rug sa not changed and there were used tissue papers on the tissue holder. They changed our room to a smaller one with no cabinet for our clothes just hanging rack to hang our clothes. Since we arrived late at night, I didn’t say anything anymore. However, the next day when I was fixing our bed, I saw dried stains on the comforter. I said something to them again. They cleaned our bed after."
