"Best was the ease of parking however parking lot needs resurfacing. Mold on the ceiling over the bed, lack of room maintenance and a clogged bathtub and when arrived to use the shower for the first time, desk clerk said he no one available to fix until the next day. No one responded. The ice machines were not working only the second floor. Breakfast was not to La Quinta standards. This the first time that has ever had that ever happened at a La Quinta property. Next time I will find a better...

Par ailleurs impossible de servir de la TV, le modèle étant impossible à faire fonctionner. "Checking in was fine, front desk guy was nice enough. Looking around could tell hotel was not kept up well, little dirty looking EVERYWHERE. Got into our room and my daughter said I don't like it. The smell was UNBAREABLE. Everywhere we looked was gross. We could not even set our bags down. I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room and there were no rooms available. I handed over my key, we could NOT stay there. I would take this hotel off your listing. I am hopeful for a refund."

"Had to switch rooms went to the first room tv didn’t work but we just said you know what whatever we’re leaving in the morning anyways. Got up the next morning went to shower and the water wouldn’t get hot so they moved us to a new room. Went to that room and moved one of the chairs they had and there was dog or cat food under it."

"The water pressure in the room was one of the best I have ever stayed. Staff very helpful, every morning I pass by, I would get a good morning. During my stay there are renovations being done. 10/10 would stay again."

"Our room was awful because the bathtub was always clogged when we tried to shower and the dresser was already broken and wouldn’t close correctly and the thermostat was broken we couldn’t open it to adjust the temperature at all. We asked for a different room but staff said there were no other rooms even though I believe she just didn’t want to do the paperwork to switch us to a different room. The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee and water and what is the point of doing online early...

Breakfast was always stocked and staff were keeping things clean and wiped up. I was really disappointed with my bed. The bed had a severe sag. I’m not particularly heavy. 185lbs but the bed seemed worn. I slept poorly the entire stay of 5 nights. The manager attempted to help with another room but the bed in that room appeared to have the same sag...

"A basic room that was clean and comfortable. A little dated but great location for my needs. The adjacent restaurant was great and it is walkable to a gas station/C store, coffee shop etc. Both of the people I interacted with at the office were pleasant and efficient."
