"Check in staff was a nice lady. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the major issue was the door. It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. "The rooms were dirty! The hallways are dirty! The outside is dirty with mounds of trash! The free breakfast was terrible! "

"Front desk staff were nice. We informed the front we would be staying an extra hour. They were very kind and were not going to charge. On the checkout day,it was 10 a.m,not even 11 and housekeeping tried to open our door to starting cleaning. We even had the occupied sign outside the door. We told them we have till noon to checkout. Last there was a soda bottle inside the sofa bed so the whole room had not been cleaned. We will not be staying there again"

"There were holes in the bedsheets, stains on the carpet and the chair looked disgusting. The other chair had a massive hole in the padding. All the wooden furniture was scratched and worn. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t great, but there was hot water, the bathroom amenities were fine. The walls felt pretty thin, there were babies/children crying in the room next to mine on and off until 2 am. There were also people coming and going a lot...
