"Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout.
