The setting for the farmhouse was beautiful with wooded walkways down to a stream and plenty of wildlife. "Everything went smoothly. Got door code to the house. Plenty of room for my small family group. AC units were cranking away so inside was comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and appliances. They allowed a pet (with supervision and restrictions), and answered any and all questions quickly. Primary contact was email, but had a phone number that was never needed. It is like staying at grandmas house. And note no wifi / network. Cell coverage was ok so not an issue. Follow her rules and no...

"Property was perfect for our purposes. Some things were found in vaninets/drawers from prior guests, a broken fishing pole was in the back fire pit, and one of the bedrooms seemed to be missing the TV remote. We did alert the host, but seeing as it didn't impact our trip, it really wasn't a big deal. Still, I wanted to share the facts."
