At almost $250/night I would have expected much better. The front desk person was extremely rude to us on several occasions throughout our stay (reported to management). It was also not just me but others in our party. I would give them some leeway for a bad day except it continued the following day. This person very clearly does not like their job and doesn't belong in hospitality or customer service. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very good. The pool could have been cleaner - you could see dirt along the sides and looked like it had not been cleaned very recently. The jets weren't working on the spa for some reason - didn't ask the staff about that because I didn't want to deal with the rude desk agent. The rooms were pretty quiet. Overall I give them 2 stars out of 5 mostly because of the staff. At the price they were charging for this place the staff should have been bending over backward to take care of their guests, not arguing with them! Why is it so hard to find good customer service these days?
