"Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary?
We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me."

"The staff at this hotel are excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they are carrying this property harder than any hotel staff should have to.
The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment. The air conditioner in my room appeared to be falling apart and was literally supported by what looked like a piece of 2x4 lumber underneath it. The bathroom was functional but looked tired and somewhat questionable.

The day desk person seemed to live in his own world. He never looked up or acknowledged us when entering for breakfast and was either on his phone or just talking out loud. The gentlemen who checked us in was very helpful and friendly tho. A bigger breakfast room wood be nice and a different variety of breakfast foods would have been nice...
