  • Fun, comfortable, clean, and economically priced Duplex apt 10 minutes from downtown. Only minutes away from the zoo, Opryland, and most other famous Nashville destinations! This space has a total of about 1100 square feet. It sleeps up to 10. Free parking and free wifi! This is a newly renovated half of a large duplex. Lots of beds, 2 baths, and a fully furnished kitchen that connects to a spacious living room.

A Nice place in great location

This was a very comfortable house in a location that is close to just about everything. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. I will stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

This place is really close to the Zoo, which is the reason we were in Nashville. The people that manage the property respond quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed for an easy check in/out process and enjoyable stay.

Great getaway for friend and family

This space is tight, but 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1100 square feet will be tight. But the layout works, great location to get downtown and the response with any questions or concerns are answered and resolved so fast! We would stay again!

Cute and convenient

There were plenty of beds/rooms. The uber/lyft ride to downtown was very reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed our stay. Cute property.

Plenty of beds

This place had plenty of room for our family of 5 plus my mother-in-law. The proximity to downtown was perfect. We didn't have to drive far to do the things we had planned to do.

Good house for large group

We loved that there were plenty if veds, the proximity to town and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a bit dated, the bedding old and house had thin walls.

MS Friends

Our stay at Thelma was great! Lots and lots of room and just a short distance from Broadway. Check in was very easy! It was perfect for our birthday celebration. Nice neighborhood, very little traffic. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were only in Nashville for an evening, so this spot was perfect. Has a bunch of beds and was a short Uber ride into downtown. Cant beat it.

Family vacation fun

We stayed Sun - Thurs and we will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Very spacious, lots of bed, large rooms. Carport to relax outside and let the kids run around. Extremely quiet neighborhood and zero complaints for the time we were there. Definitely will stay again!!!

Worked well for our needs

The communication was great between the host/owners. They made checkin/out extremely easy. The area looked a little sketchy, but we had no issues with safety. It was close to downtown and to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The duplex needs a good deep cleaning, but we were only there to sleep and eat breakfast each day so it was good enough for our needs.

Great location

We didn’t use the space for much more than sleeping. It was a good location, about a 15-20 minute drive from Nashville. House was clean. Check in/ out was super easy. We even left something behind and they made sure to let us know so we can get it back soon. Much appreciated!

The property was a little dated. Was plenty roomy. Kitchen a little difficult to use because of the layout. Hot water wasn't hot enough for showers.

Nice

This was fairly close to downtown without the downtown crowds and congestion. It was very clean. Plenty of beds. The check in process was very thorough. The living room area was very small be prepared if there’s a lot of you. The 2 love seats don't give a lot of comfy seating. 4- 5 adult people can sit there. There are a lot of bar stools though. That was fine for me as I am tall but my friends are all on the shorter heavier side and that wasn't very helpful to them. We cooked the majority of the time we were there and there were plenty of utensils and items available to do so. Overall we had a great visit. Just be prepared if you have larger adults seating is at a minimum.

Not what I expected

30 minutes prior to getting to our house I received a text that we were being upgraded to a different house. We thought we were getting a house with just us and that was not so. Lots of noise from upstairs tenant. Could not sleep well. House smelled like bug spray pretty bad. Outdated, broken down furniture. Overall not a good experience.

Disappointing

This house is about 15 mins from downtown. The pictures online are not a current representative of the house. The living room furniture and dining bar stools are different. The house was surface clean. The baseboards were gross. The bathroom wall had toothpaste splatters next to the vanity. The cabinets had drips down them in the kitchen. The furniture is old and worn. The oven was disgusting and I had to clean it before use. There is hardly any silverware to use and the mugs were chipped. The cookware was very old and worn. I assume most people come to just crash here and don’t cook. I rent houses all over the country for girls trips and I was very disappointed by this one. They need to invest some money and time in a deep cleaning and replace all thread bare towels and update all kitchen items.The one plus was communication with property managers was easy.

Convenient location

We had a great stay. Property management was very helpful when little issues arose. Lots to do in the area and a quick drive to all major tourist spots. Very comfortable

Nice place to stay

Me and a friend stayed here for a trip to Nashville. We wanted to experience something different other than a hotel. This place was prefect. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived. Location was great for a short drive into Nashville for attractions. Although we only needed 2 of them, this was beds galore. Communication was great with property owner. Overall I'm very pleased with this location. No complaints from us. If I'm back in Nashville, this is where I'll stay.
