  • This gorgeous renovation is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with additional private retreat with king bed across from wine cellar and bar room. Old world style wine cellar to stock your favorites while staying, with a cozy bar area to enjoy them in. Upstairs bath includes large jacuzzi tub. Deck with built-in bench seating and patio furnishings, tucked under the canopy of trees in a large wooded backyard. Fully equipped kitchen with open island and dining space. Two rooms on main floor: 2 bunk beds sleep 4 and 2 twin beds, two rooms upstairs with a queen each, full sleeper sofa in basement bar room area, and private retreat area in basement with king bed - sleeps 12. Smart TVs with 1000Mbps WiFi to log into personal App accounts.

    House is convenient to I- 65 and I-24, just slightly south east of downtown Nashville by 12-15 minutes, 5-10 minutes from Brentwood and Berry Hills, and 10 minutes from the airport.
    Parking under deck for 2 cars, bottom of driveway for 2 cars, and 2 spaces at top of drive in front of house.

This is a lovely property. The host was very accomodating and surprised us with an early check in. The location was very convenient--very close to the Nasvhille Zoo! We loved our time here.

Very clean house. The host is very attentive and very responsive. Fit 8 people very comfortably. No one had any complaints. The neighbors are also super nice. Centrally located to grocery stores and expressways. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Nashville.

A wonderful cozy place for family and friends. Great location just minutes away from everything Nashville! Our family had plenty of room to enjoy and the location of the house was in a nice neighborhood. Hostess was very nice and communication was great! would come back and recommend this lovely home.

Wedding adventure

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here for five days. This house clean and accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. The location was great. A short uber ride to downtown, the airport and Brentwood. Nice quiet neighborhood. We totally recommend it.

The location was good. Just a 10 or 20 minute car ride to outlet mall, downtown Franklin, and Nashville. We spent a lot of time at the House... it was comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. Thank you!

House was great for what we were planning. About a 15 minute drive from downtown but youll save staying here compared to trying to stay downtown. Even if you uber or lyft.

Handles bigger groups amazingly well

This clean, bright, and nicely-decorated home has ample bedroom, common-areas, and parking space for a larger group. And this is not even including the lovely deck, which we couldn’t use due to rain. The owner was nice to work with, easy check-in & -out. Lots of fluffy towels and closet space, well-stocked kitchen. A few squeaky floors and close to the airport, but also close to everything we needed. Our group was very glad to be able to stay here!

Great place

The house worked great for our needs. Lots of room to spread out and feel like everyone had their own space when needed. We enjoyed relaxing and catching up on the back deck. Host always got back to me right away. House is about 10-15 drive to downtown, Opryland, and the airport.

Nice Getaway

We had a total of 7 guest in the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and with 3 bathrooms in the home it was stress free when it came time to get ready, etc. The home was clean and simply decorated, had plenty of towels and dishes. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The Uber rides from the house to Broadway were short and easy. We would definitely use this rental again in the future.
