"Was a little concerned when we couldn't contact anybody regarding Check In (They had a big wedding going on on the Saturday when I tried to call) - Call returned Sunday Am at about the same time that we went to make sure alll was OK which it was and we even checked in early - result! Returned later - enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Only comment would be that room could do with 2 comfortable chairs - especially as it is the "Premium Room" - the hard ones not so good forsitting for any length of...

"What a lovely place to stay! Located in a lovely area with views of the sea this place is great to stay for a little weekend in Brighton. Check in was really easy and the room was perfect! Breakfast included was a huge bonus. Staff are really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception, Can't remember her name but she was a star a real highlight to the place. Will definitely be staying here again!"
