"An amazing hotel right on the lake , we had the lake vside room and it didnt disappoint. the hotel was fantastic, we had a free parking spot, close to the ferry depot where lots of ferries stopped. Food at the hotel was very good, other restaurants availaible outside too. the cable car to the top was within walking distance with amazing views and nice walks around the village. the staff at the hotel were brillina, very helpful and lovely. Allerdings insgesamt intensives 20er Jahre Flair mit allem drum und dran. Gefühl wie in Miss Marple Film. Etwas gruselig fand ich die lebensechten Porzellan Hunde auf jeder Etage."

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"

"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"hard to find from train station. once we walked to property, the entrance was poorly marked. hotel food was good, no viable restaurants within walking distance except fast food. prepare for walking in hotel, long hallways and easy to get mixed up. no in room amenities- no coffe, no electric pot, . bathroom big, but door did not latch. quiet property overall. The terrace down by the water is definitely the highlight, it feels like a truly special place on Lake Como.
