"This hotel was located in the heart of a lively square close walk to both train stations and the waterfront. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be back again someday. "

"perfect place to stay for those unfamiliar with the area, perfect base camp to go around the area, could not have had a better experience! The walls are a bit thin, so you can clearly hear into the hallways, and can hear people in the other rooms from your room. That’s the only downside but it didn’t bother us! "

"Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como."
