The Avalon Zen Treetop Retreat is an escape to peace and harmony in a chic and contemporary setting. This spacious condo of approximately 2,600 square feet (239 meters sq.) feels like a second home. It offers expansive ocean, city and mountain views, looking through the treetops and over the beautifully appointed grounds and tranquil north pool. Avalon is the height of sophistication in Puerto Vallarta, offering commanding views of the ocean, the city and the surrounding mountains.

The space
The Avalon complex offers modern architecture and finishes; two impressive pools with inspiring views; a state-of-the-art gym; beautiful lounge and entertainment spaces; lush vegetation; private parking; 24-hour security; and elevator access. It features two oversized bedrooms (master with ocean view), two large bathrooms, an extraordinary eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and Italian cabinetry, marble flooring and modern finishes. The thoughtfully decorated interior living space with contemporary furnishings maximize flow, storage and visual serenity.

A huge terrace, accessed by floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, offers ample room for outdoor dining, sunning and entertaining, and ushers cooling breezes throughout the living space.

The master bedroom includes floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with ocean, city and mountain views; and a master bath to delight the senses.

The open Italian kitchen has granite countertops and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, a separate wine refrigerator, 5-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as a toaster, blender, coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

The dining room affords comfortable seating and capacity to entertain family and friends. Also enjoy dining on the large terrace to enjoy the tropical ocean breezes while contemplating world-renowned Puerto Vallarta sunsets and nightly fireworks.

The condo also includes a washer and dryer, wireless internet, 9+ foot ceilings with concealed adjustable lighting, and central air with individual A/C units in the bedrooms.

Living spaces are furnished for entertaining and arranged for maximum comfort, privacy, quiet and convenience. Should you prefer a night in, you can take in a movie on one of three large flat screen televisions, delivered via a Chromecast streaming device. Music can be delivered throughout the entire unit through a fully integrated Sonos speaker system.

The master bedroom boasts a King size bed, renewably sourced luxury linens, ceiling fan, individually controlled air-conditioning, plenty of closet space, a safe, Sonos speakers, and a large flat screen television with a Chromecast streaming device. CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Avalon condo pvr

The photos and description of the property are completely accurate. The building has two pools and a gym. The property is a quick 5 minute uber ride into the heart of town. The building is up a hill a bit so it has views of town and the ocean, without any traffic noise. Easy process to check in and out.
