THE SPACE
Our spacious and elegantly designed house offers a tranquil haven for families, friends, couples, business travelers, and solo travelers looking to unwind and create lasting memories. With three beautifully decorated bedrooms, there's ample space to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests Each room is tastefully furnished, featuring plush beds and ample closet space.

For the culinary enthusiasts, our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals using fresh local ingredients. From stainless steel cookware to a six burner gas stove, you’ll want for nothing. The airy and open living space is designed for relaxation and spending time with friends and family. Unwind on comfortable sofas while watching your favorite shows or simply taking in the serene ambiance.

The private rooftop includes seating for 8 and is a great place to relax while sipping a tropical drink, watching the sunset paint the sky in hues of orange and pink over the ocean in the distance.

Because the house is so centrally located, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture of city by exploring nearby markets, mingling with friendly locals, and discovering the authentic Dominican way of life.

- 5-10 minute drive to SIX different beaches where you'll find soft golden sands and crystal-clear waters.
- 5 min drive to the Malecon (boardwalk/oceanway) where you can walk and relax and eat at various restaurants and bars along beside the beach

You will have access to the entire house, private rooftop, and two parking spaces. You can also park on the street in front of the house without issue as well.
