You are very wise to choose such a lovely resort like the Princessa de Penasco. This resort is made up of five yellow condo towers that bend to form an enclave so that all the views of the ocean are unobstructed. The resort has a green tropical courtyard in the center with lots of grass, palm trees and colorful flowers lining the red brick paths. The condo has many first-class amenities like a beachfront swimming pool, sunbathing beneath palm tree covered umbrellas and a heated Jacuzzi. The resort has a sand volleyball court where you can challenge your neighbors to a friendly match and an oceanfront fitness center where you can get a great work out. If you get hungry to take a walk through the courtyard to the Agave restaurant that has wonderful homemade chips and salsa and wonderful frozen margaritas. This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 4th floor of the E Tower. "NO children 12 or younger allowed in this condo. Families with teenagers or adults only please." This condo is oceanfront with accommodations for four guests; 2 people in each bedroom. The living area is decorated with a soft yellow leather sofa and a gray recliner chair. The suite also has an oak wood coffee table, lighted oak end tables, and a large media cabinet. The media cabinet has a large TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. The condo also has wireless internet so you can surf the web or check emails. If you would like to make a phone call to the states you can use the Vonage phone line. The terrace can be accessed through sliding glass doors off the living area. The dining area has a round oak wood table with scrolled metal chairs. The room also includes a matching oak wood buffet stand and a wall-mounted mirror. In the kitchen, you have a built-in bar lined with scrolled metal bar stools, white ceramic tiled countertops, fully loaded cabinets, and black appliances. You will have all the things in the kitchen to make preparing a meal a breeze. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that has a scrolled metal headboard and brown striped bedding. Each side of the bed has its own lighted nightstand and there is a dresser with a TV on the other wall. The room includes a double door closet on each side of the bay view window and a lower cabinet for your shoes and suitcases. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with another closet, single sink mirrored vanity and a private tub, shower, and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with colorful bedding and two matching bedside tables. The room includes a dresser and a large double door closet for your clothing. You can look out the window and see out to the resort courtyard or keep it open at night to allow the fresh air in. the hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a single sink mirrored vanity and commode. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs so that you can have your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze blow through your hair. You could also have dinner on the terrace and watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. Maybe you prefer to kick back and relax with a good book while you listen to the sounds of the tide rolling in and out. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with the comfort and luxury of this condo. You should check now for dates of availability.

Not what they said it was at all

The property is south is beautiful. The check in process was not bad either. When we got to the property, none of the TVs worked. All the furniture and appliances were completely outdated from the 80s and 90s. We tried to reach out to management to help with the fix of the TVs with no success. The interior wall was falling apart in one of the bedrooms, The window is falling apart in one of the bedrooms, the Ceiling fan did not work. Also to only one of the showers worked. They also made it seem like all the pools were available and that's not true, one of the pools is for the owners. Our overall stay was good because of the complex, but I would never ever stay in this place again. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.
