"A great independent accommodation option close to old town (20 min walk) with many other shops and dining places close by. Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard. I'd recommend to couples."

"Hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly caring for their guests. Breakfast is freshly made (Mediterranean style). Hotel is well accommodated for babies. Staff brought a baby cot in our room and provided a baby chair for seating baby comfortably during breakfast. We enjoyed our time at Allegory Boutique Hotel! Thank you for your great service!"

"We had another reservation that we made through Expedia, when we arrived there, the place was still under construction! We had it out with the owner, since we felt it had been misrepresented. Anyway, I went onto Expedia and found Spirit of the Knights, located in Old Town Rhodes. Just a warning that this boutique hotel is located inside the walls of the ancient medieval Old Town. "it was a pleasure to stay at the property hosted by Jurgen. He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town. "The hotel was nice, clean, and well presented. The rooftop pool was lovely - beautiful view of the sea, and there was always free sun loungers/bean bags to sit on. The breakfast was amazing - we tried everything by the end of our stay and it was all very tasty! Helen was on breakfast duty most of the days we were there and she was always a delight "

"The staff were the best part of our stay - from Maria our waitress to Michael and others with the reception and cleaning staff, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. For a hotel in the mediaeval old town it was amazingly lovely and large and we really enjoyed our large room, the sumptuous breakfasts and the AC!"
