"Lovely staff rooms and areas clean. Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas. No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up. Hotel shop limited! Need more supplies for self catering. The nearest shops require a car to get to. This is my 3rd visit and i will go back again."

Bei den Zimmern zur Straße hört man manchmal abends die Musik aus der Taverne nebenan. Das Personal am Empfang ist außerordentlich freundlich. Man erreicht den Hafen zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten über die schöne Promenade am Meer. Der Bus 611 und 631 hält direkt vor dem Hotel und fährt zum Busbahnhof am Hafen. "The property in the newer part of the hotel was nice but the old part it looked very tired and is in need of an update. I was also surprised to find that if you want to make tea or coffee in your room you would be charged extra, even though this is normally standard in the majority of hotels. This also applied to the use of a fridge."

"Very nice , very clean hotel with beautiful view. Kosher food Not for those using public transport. You will need taxi to come down the hill. But hotel provides free transportation once a day."

"Room was spacious and had all the required amenities to get by. The breakfast to go was a great option gor me as I was checking out before breakfast was served at 7:30. Staff were hospitable and approachable. A/C in the room was also great. Beds were soft and large."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."

"Staff were really friendly and polite. Especially the lady at the bar who gave me a complimentary hot chocolate. Breakfast buffet was lovely, staff answered our questions and were helpful. Room was clean and big, only downside was it was really warm at night but we were given a fan which was helpful. The toilet was difficult to close/lock but it was fine as we are family sharing the room."

Absolutely loved the sun bed reservation service (where you are allocated a spot for your whole holiday and you are always sure to find a sun bed at any time of the day without having to “fight” the crazy people waking up at 6am to “reserve” all the sun beds.
