3 time here and a perfect experience as ever!!! Spotless apartment and fully equipped. Literally can not find anything to report that is negative. 4 pools, often had one to our selfs. Free parking and in a great location. Already booked the next trip.

While we had a lovely holiday the maid service was poor, out of the 6 days we were there 2 days the room was not cleaned, 1 day we had to go to reception to ask for it to be cleaned and on 1 day it was cleaned the cups and glasses were not washed. Excellent stay once again, it was our friends first visit and they were very impressed with the hotel, the food and staff. A special mention to the guest relations manager Cynthia who was super helpful. Elysium you never disappoint. See you soon.
