If you have kids book somewhere else. We booked this place as we had kids. The kids club was dark like a dungeon and disgustingly dirty and just really stinky. Older kids in there were out of control. We have stayed in loads of hotels with kids club and this is the worst by far. The aqua park with the slides (another reason why we booked is only available if you have all inclusive or you pay extra. One member of our party was heavily pregnant so couldn’t use the slides but was still made to upgrade as well as another adult, otherwise she couldn’t go to the aqua park to watch her child. There is no beach nearby, the one we went to was a very long walk, not practical with kids. Overall place was just dirty everywhere, rubbish on the floor. For the whole hotel only one lift was working. They start packing up food from the buffet 15 mins before it ends. People reserve sunbeam with their towels from 7am in the morning and don’t even use them and the hotel doesn’t do anything about it. Front of staff reception were rude and argumentative, especially Elena. One day the corridors infront of our room where we had sleeping kids stand of marijuana. When we reported it we were told “they don’t know who it is”. Another day the toilets stank of cigarettes. We went for a short stay but if anyone books this for their main annual holiday will be hugely disappointed

It was our second time spending our holiday at Ivi... We enjoyed our stay, clean and breakfast updated. However compare to last year service quality not as good as last year. Others all ok.

The room was clean, we initially had 2 single beds but asked to change to 1 double bed, to which they changed early in the morning as we arrived late. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant, and the aesthetic of the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very polite and helpful and very friendly. The pool was at a good temperature with nice vibes all around

"Pool was amazing! Good location, and front desk was great. Really we enjoyed our stay, room was so clean. The only con and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is the beds and linens. The beds came with only sheets set up and not enough blankets in the closets and they didnt have extra covers for ..."
