Upstairs features the entry, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Enjoy a big view of Cape Cod Bay from every corner, exclusive use of a lounger and dining table on the deck, dedicated workspace, full bath, and kitchen. The workspace is a sitting desk with a large 24-inch monitor, perfect to connect your laptop and still enjoy the view while you work.

Downstairs features a comfortable queen bed with a natural temperature-regulating cotton and wool mattress cover, and access to the private patio, garden, and saltwater jacuzzi/hot tub/spa (whatever you choose to call it). The saltwater system makes chlorine from the salt at a much safer dosage that maintains sanitation far superior to most chlorine hot tubs.

Guest access:
