Location, location, location - Conch Beach Villa is located in the Turtle Cove neighborhood of Grace Bay Beach, away from the hotels and condos (enjoy low density!), yet within walking distance to six different restaurants as well as Turtle Cove Marina, offering all sorts of fun water activities, including deep-sea fishing, shallow reef fishing, sailboat & powerboat charters, glass-bottom boat tours, parasailing, a reef submarine, scuba diving, and more.
The friendly and capable team of local property managers will meet you at the villa and give a short orientation upon check-in.
Conch Beach Villa has been recently renovated, and the light and open floorplan are conducive to families and couples alike. Each of the three bedrooms opens into the central part of the villa, and the bathrooms are all modern and updated.

• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $250 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
