There is no staff on the property but are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are happy to assist you with any queries or request you may have. The property doesn’t have its own parking, but this was easily arranged at a nearby parking garage by the staff via WhatsApp, who were more than happy to accommodate my request. "Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good...
