"This house in Springhill was the perfect location and jumping off points for visiting downtown Nashville, Franklin and family in nearby towns. I enjoyed the layout of the bedrooms as it gave everybody their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked and was helpful as we cooked meals at the house "

"Very cute place. Convenient to downtown Franklin and The First Bank Amphitheater. Clean and comfy. Great check in and communication. This unit is downstairs so keep that in mind if your are a light sleeper. Mini split system was a bit problematic but host/mgt company very helpful"

"I could not have enjoyed this house more! It was very rural which is a definite plus for me. The beds were amazing! We had a carton of fresh eggs on the table. Anything and everything you would need in the kitchen. Although this place was in a rural area it was very easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go. Definitely recommend a lengthy stay here as you won’t want to leave! Thank you so much for letting us experience your home!"

"My husband and I and our 2 dogs, along with my parents, stayed in this lovely home for a night, in our way back home from Florida.The Franklin/Leiper's Fork area is where we often stay on our way South from Ohio as it's a great middle ground area. "Host and manager were very communicative, patient and informative. Farm to table was phenomenal and the catering staff was so amazing to work with. Everyone was very accommodating, and we had a great time. The property itself is beautiful. Looking forward to returning!"
