This property was exactly as advertised. Small cozy, wonderful courtyard that we turned into a family central. Neighbors are close, but all were very friendly and quite fun. Courtyard had grill and fire pit with utensils that made cooking out just like at home. Picnic table outside was able to accommodate more family when they came to visit. The inside of the Casita is pretty much set up for four people max to eat. But the outdoor area was accommodating for quite a few more. The interior had a wonderful TV a very comfortable bed and all the things needed for the kitchen and cooking at home. Wonderful coffee pot and the house was supplied with necessities and then some. Communication with the owner as well as the housekeeper was amazing. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Laundry facilities were very adequate and so that sort of thing was provided much to our surprise. When I read reviews, I think they’re full of bull if there’s not anything negative, but they’re truly is nothing negative about this property. If there was one thing, just realize that you are close to downtown and not out in the mountain and you hear an occasional siren this. This is not a negative just reminding you close to downtown means a little bit of noise, but it was never disruptive. Thank you, Jonathan and Teresa for making this such a wonderful stay.
