"The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). "The Meriton in Parramatta is in a great location, close to the Ferry & a short walk to the train station, also has a Woolies Metro next door so super convenient. The apartment itself was clean & quiet, only downside was the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on but other than that it was great. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was an issue, we had the pleasure of being served by Marija who was an absolute pleasure to speak with as was Declan, in fact all of the staff...

"We stayed at Yehs hotel Sydney Harbour suites for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The lobby was welcoming and the staff very friendly and useful. Our suite was comfortable although a bit dated however, everything worked well. We found the sofa a bit uncomfortable but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location, able to walk everywhere we wanted and also close to the public transit."

"It was a little difficult with a small tired 5 year old going up and down the stair due to no lift and the room was so tiny that we had to eat on the bed causing more laundry. But I have been going there since 1992 due to its location but they used to be much roomier and easy to get around now they are very small and tight. "

"Hotel was fine, clean and not far from the airport. Staff were efficient but not very welcoming, no pride in customer service. Also dissapointed with the 'Executive Lounge' offering, which turned out to be 10 minutes worth (we arrived at 6.20, and apparently this only runs from 5-6.30) of a Canape Service in the middle of the main restaurant and a buffet breakfast (also just in the restaurant). Definitely not as advertised. "
