Just a few meters from the beach in Torre Lapillo, Trilo 4 is a 6-bed vacation home in a gated residence for rent for vacations in Salento in the Porto Cesareo area.
 
The house is located on the second floor, accessible by convenient outdoor stairs. It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, oven, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. A shared outdoor shower is available for guests in the courtyard.

The
three-room apartment is located in a fully fenced courtyard, with a
shared shower. Internal stairs lead to the house`s small entrance
balcony.
The house consists of large furnished living room with sofa bed for two and dining room, equipped kitchenette , 2 bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom, and one double bunk bed and en suite bathroom.
There is no indoor parking space, but you can park on the street near the house.

The
vacation home is in Residence Stella di Mare, located on a side street
of the coast road that connects Torre Lapillo to Porto Cesareo. It is just 150 meters from the first equipped lidos and the narrow streets leading to the stretches of free beach in Torre Lapillo.
The
center of the resort is only 800 meters away and is within walking
distance. All the main commercial and restaurant services are located
there, as well as gasoline, medical guard, church, ATM and pharmacy. The
center of Porto Cesareo is just 4 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
