Less than 500 meters from the Torre Lapillo beach, Appartamento Renzo is a holiday home refinished and well furnished for rent to spend the holidays in Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous seaside destinations, which offers the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
Appartamento Renzo can accommodate up to 4 people. Pets not allowed.

Appartamento Renzo is a holiday home well finished and furnished with quality furniture. It has a lovely internal courtyard
furnished with a table, chairs and sofa for relaxing moments outdoors, a
flashlight and an external shower particularly useful when returning
from the beaches.
The interiors of Appartamento Renzo consist of a modern kitchen with dining area and TV, 1 quadruple room , with double bed plus bunk bed, hallway with air conditioning e bathroom with shower with washing machine .

Appartamento Renzo is located in Torre Lapillo , a hamlet of Porto Cesareo ,
famous among the destinations of Salento for sea, the
splendid golden sandy beaches, the crystalline seabed and the excellent
fish.
The house for rent is located in a central non-chaotic
area of Torre Lapillo, which allows you to reach the beaches in
about 450 meters, and the avenue of Torre Lapillo with commercial
activities in 2 minutes on foot. Porto Cesareo is about 7 kilometers
away. 
Other wonderful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, such as Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro ...  per person per week.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioner in the living room.

Cute Appartment

The appartment is very cute, everything is at your disposal there. The terrace is very big & the shower outside is really useful after coming home from the beach. What we can underline is that all was super clean, the hosts are really wonderful and helpful, too. We were happy there, the only tiny little missing thing was an area to chill, e.g a couch. But overall an absolute recommendation. We will come back there.
