"Started off in a room with a tiny shower, smaller than a cruise shower. Spoke to the staff and upgrade to a different room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy to great you. The breakfast was a little expensive. I ordered the French toast that came with ham and cheese. What came out was a grilled cheese sandwich, lol??"

"Lara was a fantastic host at Il Grillo di Firenze! She was the kindest and most caring person we dealt with on our entire trip to Italy. She immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, and gave us a map with all the best locations to visit in Florence. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside of this property is that it is slightly far from the main downtown area of Florence. However, there is a tram that will take you directly to the area in about 10...

"I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner."

"Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24."
