Large groups can spread out and get privacy thanks to the four spacious bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature similar amenities, closets with hangers and shelves, dressers with spacious drawers, nightstands with reading lamps, and premium pillows, linens, and sheets. Each room has a Smart TV with either Roku TV or a Firestick.

You’ll sleep like royalty in the master bedroom, with a plush king-sized bed, a luxurious chaise lounge, and full-length mirrors lead to the large walk in closet. Wall mounted TV with complimentary streaming services.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a gorgeous custom-made headboard. Desk and office chair provided as well as a wall mounted TV with complimentary streaming services.

The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. One of the beds is fully adjustable and even has massage capabilities! A great night’s sleep is almost guaranteed in this room! Smart TV with complimentary streaming services.

A full bathroom on the main floor features a shower/tub combo with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub. Sit back and relax while listening to your favorite playlist or podcast on the Bluetooth speaker. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and hand soap.

The open concept kitchen and dining room create a warm atmosphere and allow conversation to flow between rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up tasty meals for the whole family. In addition to all the modern appliances, you’ll find utensils, pots and pans, cookware, bakeware, and spices. The large dining table can seat up to eight, and the outdoor dining table has space for up to 10 people.

The Cuisinart coffee maker (drip style) can brew full pots or a single cup, and there’s also an electric water kettle for tea lovers in your group. We provide complimentary instant and drip coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, french press, Tea Kettle and a fun s’mores-making kit - You'll find it all waiting for you on the kitchen table, upon your arrival!

The cozy living room sits just across the way and boasts a comfy sectional sofas, a 50” Smart TV with complimentary streaming services.

If anyone in your group needs to check emails or hop on a zoom call, we have high-speed WiFi, plus an additional workspace in the basement. This is also where you’ll find our extensive collection of board games if you feel like hosting a family game night. This area also has a Bowflex C6 spin bike, dumbbells/weight bench and elliptical making it easy to keep up with your workout schedule while away.

☆☆ OUTDOOR AREAS ☆☆
Enjoy complete privacy in the property’s spectacular outside space. The views from the massive deck are absolutely stunning. Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, it provides views of Huckleberry Ridge State Forest. The scenery is breathtaking when fall foliage is in full swing (between September and November).

The deck also features an outdoor table, a propane fire pit, two zero gravity chairs, and a four-burner propane grill. We provide the necessary propane so you can whip up delicious BBQ meals to enjoy at the outdoor dining table. String lights add a twinkling glow as the evening approaches, inviting you to stay awhile and continue the storytelling.

Head down the stairs to the backyard for even more space. During the summer, the swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off, and the views from here are just as incredible! The yard also has a fire pit (wood provided!), an old-fashioned seesaw, and plenty of space for throwing around a football or playing yard games.

Great weekend at Breezy Hills

We had a wonderful time at Breezy Hills with friends and family. The kids loved the games in the basement and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful back yard to explore also with wooded hills all around. We want to come back in summer! The hosts were quick to communicate with us and checked in after we arrived via the app to make sure all was well with the accommodations. .

Awesome stay!

Was looking for a quiet location over the Fourth of July holiday and came across this great property.Rebecca the host goes above expectations to welcome you to her home with added extras like water coffee and smores making goodies. We stayed with our pup and she also supplied goodies for her. The property is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We spent all day on the deck and in the pool facing the picturesque mountains.The hot tub and fire pit at night was an added plus. The king bed was super comfy and house nicely air conditioned. Although there was a gas fire box on the deck and a game room downstairs we didn’t use them, maybe next visit. The area is close to town but far enough away for the quiet tranquility we were looking for. Thanks for a wonderful stay . Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautifully house.

The house is so pretty. Whenever I had any questions, I contacted the Rebecca , and it was nice that she answered right away. The interior and exterior of the house were so atmospheric and beautifully decorated. We couldn't use a large pool because the weather was cold, but we used jacuzzi, barbecue, and campfire well. The night view in the backyard is so beautiful. It was nice to get a firewood, smorkit, tee and coffee from the Rebecca as a gift.

Best place to relax

We spend 3 nights with my dogs. Everything was exactly the same with photos. Amazing views, very clean house, quiet environment with privacy, and pool & jacuzzi was so perfect! You can enjoy the hot tub with scenic view and it was also a great time enjoying it by watching beautiful stars for night time. There was also a comfy bed and treats for my dogs! They were so happy to run around the spacious yard. Rebecca was very friendly and she always reply promptly. Hopefully we can come back again!

A lovely mini vacation

Our family enjoyed our first visit to the area! The scenic view and quiet neighborhood was just what we needed. Our twin boys absolutely had a blast playing air hockey downstairs. And of course the jacuzzi was wonderful and so relaxing. The hosts were wonderful with communication on VRBO for any questions we had and also checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was super clean and comfortable and was plenty of room for our family! We can't wait to go back and try out the pool in warmer weather. Thank you so much Rebecca & Angel!

Great place to stay with family and friends. We had a crawling infant with us and the host brought over a baby gate for us to use a few hours into our stay. It’s this type of service you’ll get staying at this home. Also you can’t beat the view and hot tub!

What a great spot for our weekend away! The house was beautiful, accommodating and most importantly very clean!! The QR codes placed around made to easily access tvs , Hot tub, fire pit etc . Meticulous and welcoming home

We stayed at this property for two nights with our 4 children (2 adult and 2 pre-teen). The first thing I can mention is that communication with the owner, Rebecca, was easy and quick and the check-in process was remote and as easy as could be. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift of S’mores fixings, teas, coffees, etc and a lovely note. The house is very newly updated, immaculate, beautifully and carefully decorated and they have thought of the tiniest touches to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Unlike many rentals, everything you could possibly need was provided: bed linens, bath towels, quality toiletries, spa towels, TP, paper towels and we were even shocked to learn that the cookware provided is first-rate, not the junk pots and pans you’d normally find. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, internet TVs in every room, games, exercise equipment, washer/dryer, comfortable family living spaces, etc. The bathroom is divine- clean, new and fresh and with a massive, many-jetted tub. Aside from the home itself, we got the most use of the back deck, especially the AMAZING and very clean hot tub, the deck gas fireplace (propane provided) and very comfortable outdoor seating areas. Our younger kids took full advantage of the massive backyard and seesaw. The area where the home is located is on a mountain road with other houses nearby, but it also felt very private. We took advantage of some hiking in the area and went to Main Str Port Jervis for dinner one night but you could be beyond happy just settling in at the house the whole stay too. The owner asked for any thoughts on how to improve the home or service but I genuinely cannot think of one because they already seem to have thought of everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Perfect Getaway With My Partner

This was the perfect house for our mini getaway with my boyfriend. We needed some time away to reconnect. The house is so very cozy. From the moment I reached out to Rebecca about the house to us checking out was nice and smooth. She responded to me very fast. She even left us a welcome gift on the kitchen counter. Since it was just the two of us we only uses the master bedroom to sleep in. Our favorite part was the hot tub on the back porch. We just relaxed out there for a while admiring the view. We are already planning when we are coming back.

Teacher Get Away

We booked this for one night of R and R and it delivered! The house was spotless, there was a welcome gift, and towels laid out on each bed. Our host was super responsive. We used the fire pit and the hot tub for hours! Great outdoor lighting and a wonderful view. We had our coffee outside on the deck chairs with more fire pit in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked - another perk! We will definitely go back!

Private Peaceful Perfect!

The house is a perfect location for a relaxing vacation but also a great place if you enjoy hiking and the outdoors. Such a scenic area! The house has all the comforts of home. Since there were only two of us, we only used the Master Bedroom on the first floor. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and since we enjoy cooking, it provided everything we needed. The main area is so nice because it is an open floor plan. Kitchen with a large dining table shares space with a large wrap around sofa and big screen TV. It was just homey! The outdoor area is really special. A beautiful view of the mountains behind the house. A large well-furnished deck and an amazing hot tub which was the cleanest I have experienced at a vacay rental! Rebecca, the owner is an incredibly responsive host. She reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and if she could provide anything else to make the stay even better. It was a perfect getaway! Great house, great location, great host!

Perfect mountain getaway for our family

We absolutely love staying here. There were so many nice little touches from the owner and very thoughtful amenities. They left us a welcome basket with S’mores! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and the owner was extremely communicative and responsive when we needed anything. The area is gorgeous. Swimming in the pool while looking at the mountains was a major treat for everyone who came.

A great escape from the city

I just wanted to say thank you Rebecca for the fast contact since I decided to rent your place, the welcome note and the goodies left for us made us feel very welcome. Your place is very homie but very modern as well for anyone coming from the city. The relaxing atmosphere was completely what my family and I needed as a retreat. Your pool and board games were highlights of everyday for my kids as well as for the adults. Thank you for checking in on us after our arrival, that to me as a renter means that the person you are dealing with takes pride in their home and you surely exceeded my expectations. Words CAN NOT describe this experience!

Don’t know where or how to begin! We had to get away for a couple of days, was new to Vrbo, and came across this listing. The price was right, and had all the amenities needed. Booking was super fast. Our host Rebecca, made me feel closure from the day I booked. I was a little nervous, since there’s a pool, and having little ones, freaked me out a bit. The pool is huge! Height only 42 inches, and it’s gated. I was able to sleep at night. Besides the pool, the deck, grill and fire pit was our sanctuary. Rebecca left us s’mores ingredients!!! The house was so clean! So many towels!!! You have everything you need! Beds pillows clean and comfortable. NOW! What took our trip to the next level, was the Scenery, the mountains, the sun set, the stars in the night (Rebecca leaves an awesome book of stars and planets, plus binoculars). We had problem with horse flys, and I was completely surprised Rebecca came first thing morning to bring traps and that ended those!! I will definitely go back! My kids loved it and so did my family! Rebecca I will never be tired of thanking you for this wonderful experience! God bless you’re beautiful home, you and your family, and thank you for making us feel at home!
