"we loved the fun/funky place. so creative to build a very comfy living room/ bedroom place attached to a camper. we were welcomed, comfortable, and charmed by the site: grand river with connection to bay. Suzanne is a great host. We love PEI!"

"Stayed a week with my husband, my parents and my sister and her husband. This property was absolutely lovely! Very centralized for lots of touristy things. It was VERY clean! Downsides for us were small but included…not enough bowls for our soup night, wish there had been mirrors and trash cans in each room, the front downstairs room (bunk bed room) had a very thin mattress. Two adults had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. A thicker mattress would have been better. The spiral staircase was a...

"Just tacked on an extra day in PEI after a work conference in Charlottetown but we wished we could have stayed at the Little Red Barn longer! It is the perfect respite from the stresses of the world, and Anne and Paul have thought of every detail! Highly recommend!"
