Lovely beach home

My husband and I and our adult children stayed along with my grandson and our mini schnauzer. This beach house felt more like a beach home--it was decorated so nicely and was so well stocked with lovely serving dishes and more than enough cooking and baking pots and pans. It is beachfront, and mere steps to a very wide part of Boliver Peninsula beach. The location is built up more than Gilchrist and Caplen, which we enjoyed. There were stores close by and we liked having people around. People are very polite and not noisy even on Saturday night. We were very happy with the entire experience.

Wonderful home

Beautiful home in a good Bolivar location. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we'd be happy booking again. There's a lot in front of the home, but it's open, so the view is wonderful. Both decks have nice chairs/tables, and are super comfy - many naps were had between beach runs. The path to the beach is right in front of the driveway. The Big Store is just a few streets down on the main road. Everything was clean and in good repair, short of a towel hook someone pulled mostly out of a wall (probably a recent guest, the host indicated it would be taken care of). Plenty of room, well appointed, just a wonderful place for family taking a break. The deck was in good condition (we saw no protruding nails/splinters). If I had to find a fault, it would be the grill was located right next to the septic system, which didn't smell great. I feel like that's being pretty picky. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect New Year’s Stay

Pictures do not do this house justice - it is just lovely! Great location, property management was spot on with everything and super responsive, the house had pretty well everything you could want and more. Our group consisted of 3 older couples but It would work well for a family or a girl’s weekend. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back for another stay.

Well stocked and spacious!

From labeled cabinets and switches to the well stocked kitchen, this is one of the cleanest and nicest houses I've stayed in. Hand soap was provided in each bathroom. Plenty of towels and linens. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Amazing Views

Home was very clean and well stocked. The view from the deck was amazing and very relaxing. There is direct access to the beach just across the street. It was a pleasure working with the management team as they were very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was also a breeze.

Excellent quick getaway

Excellent quick getaway. The location is awesome very easy access to the beach. The beach was very close. The house was very open and easy to accommodate. The only drawback was the AC took a nice minute not cool down. The fridge never got cool. We made due with what we had.

Crystal Beach

The property was very nice and everything was in place. We really didn't like the beach goers parading around with the confederate flag, Maga, F Biden and all other kinds of hateful flags we had to watch from the balcony all day. We didn't feel safe at all, felt intimidated and threaten. Probably won't refer out of the fear of someone getting hurt.

Home Away 2021

There were only 4 of us this year, but we had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and the kitchen very well furnished, and thebeds were comfortable. Loved the location due to being so close to the beach and sitting on the shaded porch listening and watching the waves. I would recommend this rental.

Great Family Trip

This was our first trip to Crystal Beach and we had so much fun! The house was beautiful and had the best beach views! PM communicates very well as they quickly answered any questions we had. We would def stay here again :)

overall expierience was lovely!

only a few issues, the fan upstairs didn't work. the fan in the kids room with the bunk beds didn't work. also, the property manager stated that we had parked on the sprinklers but that is not actually true. My husband did park on the empty lot next to us. Not on the actual property that we had rented.

Perfect.

The house was absolutely perfect for me and six of my friends. The view could not have been any better. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and were close enough to the store for things we didn't (trash bags and dishwasher soap). Overall, this has been one of my favorite rentals so far. Id definitely recommend.
