"Location is great and only a few blocks from Forsyth Park and plenty of restaurants. Parking was no issue with plenty of spots directly outside the unit. It steps are an issue, make sure you read the description of the unit. No issue or surprise to us but worth noting if an issue. Well kept place with plenty of room and no issues at all"

"This property was the perfect place to stay while in town for my daughter's graduation. It was so peaceful and lovely, which provided a wonderful respite from the chaos of downtown. We had plenty of room, a nicely equipped kitchen and the beds were so very comfortable. While a somewhat secluded location, it is actually so close to everything like historic downtown, mid-town and the other islands/beaches. Highly recommend!"

"The apartmemt was exactly like the pictures. Well equipoed kitchen and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent value. Parking can be a bit difficult to find so we drove about ½ mile and found free parking. "

"The the location was exceptional Walking distance in all directs to restaurants,squares and River St was heaven sent! Having the parking pass was also great Ps New windows would make the condo truly exceptional! "

"We loved this loft. It was so close to all the activities for the St Patrick’s Day festivities. It was very clean and had had all of the paper products that we needed. I would recommend hooks in the small bathroom to hang your towels on. The only negative was the outside noise so bring your earplugs..I’m sure that the fact that it was St Patrick’s weekend did not help with the sirens from 3-4 am on Saturday night. We would definitely stay here again!!"
