  • Steps from restaurants, all the best shopping, museums and tourist landmarks. Truly a prime downtown location. King bedroom. Pullout sofa. Updated kitchen with television! Original beautiful historic hardwood floors. Parking is on the street. This unit is in a secure building with coded entry, right behind the SCAD library.

    Public Parking:
    Metered street spots are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone or parking in the nearby State St parking garage if there is availability.

    Our rates are programmed to give a discount as the stay gets longer so be sure to plug in your dates to see your great rate for extended stays!

10/10 -- Fabulous stay in Savannah! Exactly as pictured and described -- even better than we anticipated. We will definitely book and stay here again. A wonderful walkable city with so much Southern charm and history. This condo is in a perfect, safe, quiet, great neighborhood location to see it all. Highly recommend!

This unit was nice. Very old and it had your typical old smell to the building. The bed was ok a little hard, but it worked. Very good location to Restraunts, shopping, and things to do. There is a square right across the street where my husband went to smoke his cigars. Beautiful area, beautiful town we just loved Savannah and we will be back.

It was in a nice location close to everything. The state street parking garage was SO much cheaper than other parking garages and right out from the unit. Walking distance to everything! The room was nice, but older like most of Savannah. Had everything you would need, even laundry detergent and forgotten toothbrushes. I would stay here again. Owner was nice, had to contact me about HOA coming one morning.

Everything was as advertised. Bed comfortable. Parking information was provided thank you. The app was great but could have emphasized a bit more about having to move vehicles on certain days for street cleaning. We did the hop on and off tour. It would have been helpful to include in the welcome binder information on their app tracking where trolleys were and arrival times and that the stop 15was closest to the apartment.

Perfect location, comfortable bed and furniture, very clean, decorated beautifully, nice personal touches (personal grooming items, plentyof coffee and condiments, books, games, etc) Absolute zero complaints. Would choose this property again.

The apartment was in the perfect location for us. Very convenient to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah. There was a parking deck 1/2 a block away that was also convenient.

We rented this unit because we wanted the charm of an old building and location to be able to walk everywhere. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was just the two of us. We never cooked or needed dishes but they did have plenty. The building felt safe. We never seen or heard anyone else coming and going. I would of like to have known this was a back unit. We couldnt see anything out of any of the windows. I was hopeing for a people watching window. If I had to nit pick something about this unit it would be the decor and super thin toilet paper. Also, be aware you have to find street parking or park in the garage at the end of the street. Street parking is expensive and garage parking was reasonable. We also seen security patrolling the garage.

Great location!

Great spot for checking out the Savannah riverfront... short walk to lots of shops and restaurant. The property was clean and well maintained. Quiet and what felt like a safe neighborhood.

Great location

You can't beat the location of this property, it's one block south of Broughton on Oglethorpe Square. Super easy to walk to everywhere in the historic district.

Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, couple of hiccups but not enough to detract me. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Very nice stay.
