Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. Location is everything! Right in the middle of shopping and dining- We walked everywhere or took the hop on-hop off trolley- we had the very best vacation in Savannah. Previous reviews mentioned the street noise and there was plenty of that but room fans helped a great deal. Good water pressure, very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom should be replaced. Wonderful host

Clean apartment - decor was up to date , rooms were spacious. Location was perfect walking distance to all things Savannah. Would highly recommended staying here and I will put it in my favorite list for when I come back

Great place to stay. Safe (passcode to get in the building and another for condo), clean, conveniently located for easy walk to popular places, easy to communicate with person managing the property, well supplied with necessities, and nice place to people watch. There was even a box fan and noise maker to help us sleep. Parking deck is a block or so away but we could pull the vehicle up closer to the door when needed when we wanted to go somewhere and to load/unload luggage. Free parking for one vehicle in the parking garage. We will be returning for future Savannah trips.

Very comfortable place well located in the heart of the historic district. Easily accessible, with in and out parking privileges only a block away. Our unit was on the third floor and when we arrived the elevator was not operable making our walk up the stairs with luggage very cumbersome. The management company was very responsive and notified the HOA. Unfortunately it was not fixed within the same day. This resulted in walking up and down a very tall 3rd floor many times, difficult at best for us seniors. Ultimately the elevator was fixed and made for a more pleasurable experience. Lastly the unit was situated above a major street, while well located to many amenities it was loud. Street noise from cars and partiers well into the weekend nights made sleeping more difficult. In spite of these shortcomings I would still recommend the place!!

I give this rental only a 3. It was a great location but we were immediately concerned at how unkempt the entry lobby, elevator and hallways were. Luckily the unit was in better shape and appeared clean enough but could use some more upkeep (walls and woodwork very scuffed, closet doors worked poorly and second bath needs updating. We had 2 main problems. We were 5 adults so definitely wanted to use at least one of the rollaway beds in the unit. They are awful!! Sagging support frame and the mattresses were so bad the entire beds sagged even without a person in them. We had to come up with another solution. I ended up stacking the 2 bad mattresses on the floor so I could get at least a little support. Those beds should be replaced or removed and list the unit for only 4 people. Even a small child should have better beds. The plus for the unit is the great location so close to the City Market and the river. Everything was walking distance and plenty of restaurants etc nearby and felt safe. The only problem was that we stayed over a Saturday night and the street noise (partying, shouting, engines racing, loud cars and motorcycles) continued until the police started clearing everyone out at 3:00 am!! I talked to residents and they said it is usually that way on Saturday night. Sunday evening was fine for us. Party groups might not mind it but if you want to sleep DON'T stay on a Saturday.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. It is loud at night so ear plugs are a must on the weekends if you have trouble with noise but it didn't bother us.

Condo was nicer than pictured. Great location. A bit noisy at times with street traffic on weekend. Alley type kitchen with bar seating. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of serving bowls and storage containers with lids. Very roomy outside of kitchen with nice third floor city view. Would recommend and rent again.

Bright apartment in Savannah center
Bright apartment, comfortable furniture in living room, clean. Fold-away beds are saggy, for children only. Needs a coat of paint and some touch-ups like the bathroom floor. Looks over Broughton St, street noise carries into bedrooms, we were there during Orange Crush so it was until 4am with extra noise. This area is close to restaurants etc but also the bars at night and you can walk in streets with your drinks. Mary was responsive with my concerns.

Great place!!
This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway!! The view was great for sitting around watching all of the city life happening!! We hope to be able to stay here again the next time that we visit.
