"The location on the map is not accurate, please contact the staff for guidance or to open the door. When you stand in Piazza S. Clemente, and look south, you will see the hotel's terrace, the entrance door is from Via delle Piagge. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with any request, the kitchen is at your disposal all the time if you want a coffee or a snack. Note: stop at Piazza S. - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time.
