A beautiful, rustic cabin, spotlessly clean and loaded with amenities. Sheets, towels, blankets, fully stocked kitchen, in addition to equipment for outdoor activities! Owner was excellent to work with. We were totally pleased with this home and highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this cabin! So much so I sketched the layout on a pad just in case I want to build my own sometime in the future. Everything was perfect - clean, smelling nice and organized. It ended up being a very relaxing 3 day stay. I’ll be back!

We had an overall lovely stay at this beautiful and picturesque cabin. It was well appointed and very charming. We love the development (have been staying there for years) and it had a good location. Mostly very clean (the flooring is textured and I think the cleaning people aren't using the right kind of mop because it was dirty from the moment we arrived)... but other than the floor, it was very clean! Next door had loud tenants or owners who left their trash outside and.. no surprise, a bear came for a light-night feeding, but of course that was not to fault of this property at all. The only thing that was difficult was that due to the layout, there was no way for the adults to stay up and watch tv after the kids in the loft went to bed - because the sound and light just travelled up. If it wasn't for that, we would absolutely stay again.

We stay often in Locust Lake all year round in various homes for a good few years now. La Cabinita is an experience so different than the others. Aside from all it provided in terms of entertainment and comfort......it was the cleanest place I have ever experienced through a VRBO. We had guests ages 70+ down to 6yrs old. Each person had room and options to vacation exactly how they chose. We played tennis, we fished, we wrapped every night up with a fire and s'mores (thank you Diana!). And not one thing beats walking out the door and walking just slightly up the road mere feet to peak over and see the most amazing lake view. Quiet and secluded with just enough neighbors around to make you not feel on an island. Diana was lightening fast responsive with the quick question I had in regards to access to something. Definitely will "favorite" this for a return in the future! Oh, and GO PHILLIES WS '22!!!!!

From the moment you pull up to this charming cabin, you’ll be making memories. No detail was overlooked. From the welcoming porch swing to the s'mores kit, fresh flowers, toy snowballs for an indoor snowball fight, to the linened beds/towels, to a fully stocked game room, to magical backyard string lights, this place was a delight. Impeccably clean, updated and rustic. This property is everything you want in a VRBO rental and more. Exceeds expectations one has from the photos. Easy check-in too.

La Cabañita was a lovely place to spend a weekend catching up with friends that we haven't seen for many years! The house was very clean and the deck, front porch and fire ring were added bonuses! We had a great time!!

This house was amazing! Diana was great and really made it super nice! She left us a nice basket with goodies in it too, thank you!!! There was nothing that she missed (maybe some more half and half because we forgot our cream haha). What a true cabin feel! It was exactly what I was looking for to disconnect for a few days! She has everything you need in the house... there are plenty of games, you can go kayaking, and the neighbors are great! SUPER CLEAN house and everything just in its place. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. 3 min walk to the lake , where you can go and also take a nice walk... the weather ended up being wonderful too for it being winter. It was high 60’s which made it even better. It would be nice if they had quads or golf carts, but luckily we met a great neighbor who was more than willing to give us the keys to his golf cart for us to take a nice stroll through the village. That made our last night even better there as well. We are definitely coming back here!! We can’t wait !!! Thanks for La Cabañita Diana!!!

I can honestly say that our time at La Cabañita was perfect. Any request or problem was addressed within minutes, and the owner was very easily accessible. She was also always very friendly and made us feel welcome with a lovely basket of goodies for us to share. Fully stocked kitchen (spices included) towels, some toiletries and the cabin was spotless! My nephew had a blast in the game room as well. Would 100% come back to stay again!
