Perfect location in Lyme, especially with parking. Comfy bed. Disappointed pool not open, and surprised not to get a discount via Expedia. Common parts very old but apparently will be updated in next few years. Will be excellent when completed

Perfect for a couples weekend away! Excellent stay thank you all! So nice to sit on a terrace looking at the beach and sea, whilst eating a very good breakfast. Booked with our 12yo Labrador. Stairs were a tad steep but she was happy being carried up 😁 Staff are very helpful and the location is just stunning! We will be back
