The reality of the island is far from what is advertised: ​No Beach: The beach in front of the hotel no longer exists; it has been completely washed away by the sea. "The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful."

"What a wonderful resort. The property is absolutely stunning as are the staff! You don’t need to leave the resort, everything is at your fingertips. The included activities are an added bonus and a great way to meet new people. Every staff member always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble."

"Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. She was very patiencent and always with a smile ready to help. The restaurant...
