Private 3 bedroom villa on secluded beach. Private pool, jacuzzi and outdoor dining area. The villa has 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom: includes 1 Master Suite, 1 Mid-Suites and 1 first floor bedroom. All with king size beds. Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom. Guest Service Concierge available to our guests as well as 5-star amenities, including optional meal services provided at Hacienda del Secreto's main palapa (a 5 minute beach walk from Villa Tortuga). Private in-villa chef services are available as well, booked through our Guest Services Team. In addition, included with your stay is an arrival courtesy cocktail or cocktail, twice daily maid service, (except on major holidays), courtesy turn down service each evening, purified drinking water, wireless internet, 24 hour professional security, use of our beach club & amenities, such as volleyball, horseshoes, pool table, shade palapas with beach chairs, hanging sunbathing beds for relaxing, ocean kayaks, boogie boards, and beach toys. Further, on site guest service manager for booking & organization of tours & activities, on site gym, on site wellness studio for booked private yoga sessions.

Everything was lovely including the staff. If we needed anything our requests were met promptly. The only thing I would mention is that the downstairs bedroom is nice, but there is no view or closet space. For 3 couples, the couple that got the downstairs bedroom certainly didn't get to enjoy the ocean view that the 2 upstairs rooms have.

Villa Tortuga is a breathtaking private oasis! We loved the privacy of the beach and pool. Nestor was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay, making it seem even more luxurious. The accommodations were lovely and the staff were friendly and reliable. We did have a few issues. The online listing intimated that food would be readily available either by private chef or attached resort, as well as other amenities. This was reinforced in initial contact with Nestor. When we arrived, it turned out we were the only guests that week, so there was no chef service or restaurant available. There was food that we could pre-order, 24 hrs in advance, which turned out to be delicious, but it was difficult both the first night we arrived, and throughout the week, knowing what would want and when we would want it. It took the spontaneity out of the vacation. Additionally, getting to a store or restaurant required getting a transport, which was expensive and we were mostly talked out of it, there were no places close or safe to walk to. We felt a bit trapped. The pool was nice at first, but the hot tub had issues, and quit working reliably for the last few days of our stay. The pool needed more deck chairs and body length floats.The highlight of the trip was the hatching of green sea turtles several nights of our stay. This was a once in a lifetime experience that will stay with us all! Some info about turtles & this experience in the villa to be prepared would help. Amazing!

Amazing Location

Villa Tortuga did not disappoint! Everything was fantastic and Oscar was in communication with us throughout the week, to make sure we had everything we needed. What a view! It was perfect. We used Chef Francesca and Chef Pino, and not only was their food delicious, they were so nice and fun to have around. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and I recommend using their services!

Casa Tortuga is the best!

Our family of 5 loved everything about this house! Beach was amazing and felt private! Pool/hot tub/house was absolutely perfect for us and tons of space! Super peaceful and quiet. We used the catering service Oscar (the best) recommended was delicious and so nice to have. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Villa

A truly fantastic and beautiful villa, the photos don't do it justice. The grounds, pool and beach are very well maintained. You are literally a few feet from the ocean. The interior of the villa has everything you need, great/spacious bathrooms/bedrooms and very comfortable beds! Even more fantastic is the very efficient and friendly staff, from the daily maids who do a wonderful job and keep the place always spotless, the maintenance crew who as mentioned keep everything pristine. A special mention to Oscar, who does the best job managing the villa and ensuring you always have everything you need at your fingertips. He truly makes you feel spoiled, and is such a good dude. Will definitely be coming back again. We missed this place the moment we left.

Casa Tortuga, a 5-star experience

Casa Tortuga on the Riviera Maya is was simply splendid. This is a world class property located on an absolutely pristine stretch of beach (private) in a 3,000 square foot, three BR villa that is simply stunning. The villa is loosely attached to the Hacienda del Secreto down the beach where meal plans are available. Oscar is the local managaer, his English is excellent, and our experience with him was top notch. The villa has maid service three times a day - that's right - so the kitchen is always clean, the beds made and everything is in order. You have your own private pool and jacuzzi and two of the bedrooms overlook the ocean. There is no better sleeping that with the sound of the surf. On the downside, it is VERY difficult to find Casa tortuga if you are arriving by rental. We found it and it is tricky but the road is not well marked off the 307. You have to drive either to Puerto Morelos or Playa Del Carmen for food and supplies, and those are 20-30 minute drives. There are WalMarts in Playa del Carmen that we can highly recommend. In short this place is just lovely, and staff like Oscar take any issues out of it. He is wonderful. We will definitely go back. Casa Tortuga is expensive, but worth it!

We had such a great time at this house. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. The beach feels so private since there are only private homes close by. The entire staff is very responsive and we’re great and professional people. I will be back.

White powder beach without the crowds!

Villa and location are the best we've ever experienced. The sand is white powder and the ocean is crystal clear blue. Oscar and staff are extremely attentive and provide everything you could possibly imagine. The food menu is 12 pages long and they cook and deliver to your villa. The food is incredibly delicious with choices of Mexican or traditional food offerings. The activities are almost too numerous to list, but a few are: Kayaks, SUPs, private sand volleyball court, beach toys, lounge chairs on the beach, infinity pool, corn hole and day trip packages all over Mexico. The staff comes in several times a day and cleans/dishes, they are so unobtrusive you don't even know they are there. I can't say enough amazing things about this rental. It went above and beyond everything we had imagined. Also, there was zero sargassum on the beaches. Additionally, there are turtle eggs hatching on the beaches in October! We are already planning our next trip there for 2023!

Great family vacation

The Villa was perfect for a family vacation! We had our own spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and so did our three kids. The grandparents had their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs so they didn’t need to navigate any stairs. The staff were wonderful, and the pool, hot tub, and beach were a big hit with everyone. We want to come back soon and highly recommend!

Family vacation in Paradice

Wowza, this is a beautiful property along with the best beach to spend time in a total paradise! This property exceeded all of our expectations. The villa has the most breathtaking views from the 2 master bedrooms and the entire downstairs living space. The patio, hot tube and pool were awe-inspiring to spend some relaxing days and evenings at. We were a family of 4 adults and 4 children and we had more space than we needed to be comfortable for our 7 days of fun in the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. This property is a 10/10 (Plus). Oscar and Karla are the absolute best and took very well care of us during our stay. This is a gated area which made us feel very safe during our stay. We had a rental carl and found this property to be short 1 hour drive from the airport in Cancun. We found grocery shopping, and many quaint restaurants and bars in Puerto Morelos and just a short walk down the beach. Thank you for sharing your astonishing property with us! We had an extraordinary family trip with lots of new priceless memories! We are already planning our next stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Casa Tortuga was just as advertised. The setting could not be more beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The staff was very helpful and they came twice a day to clean and freshen the house. We had four in our party and the house can easily accommodate 6. The back pool area and ocean access are the best features. The house is quiet large and everything works well the furnishings are dated but functional. Would recommend if you are looking for a beautiful setting, out of the way from everything.

Wonderful location on private beach!!

This house was great for two couples (three would have been fine also). The layout worked so well for socializing. The pool and beach were great. The beach was the best, private and just few steps from the house. The house was keep clean however it would have been nice to know in advance of not being able to flush the toilet paper. The only thing unclean was the outside tanning bed cushions. The is mold on them and some stains that made us never want to be on them. These are the two reasons for the 4 stars. Nestor the property manager was so helpful and always checking in on us. We hope to be back next year in one of the bigger homes so we can bring the whole family. Great trip and great spot to spend our vacation!

Living in Paradise!!

No words to explain the wonderful days we spent at "Villa Tortuga"!! Gorgeous Villa and an outstanding staff.. The privacy of the Villa gives the sense of being at your own home and we only dedicated our time to relax and have fun. We had an amazing time and looking forward to go back soon. Highly recommend this Villa for family reunions, getaways or even to have biz meetings.. Special thanks to Nestor, Lino and all the girls who made our stay very easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful Vacation at Casa Tortuga!

Everything was perfect! The villa is beautiful, all of the staff members are friendly and helpful, the beach is idyllic, and even the weather was great! We couldn’t have asked for more. Doy, Sara, and Lino are fantastic hosts and responded to all of our questions immediately. We had a fantastic family vacation and were very sad to leave. We would love to come back again!
