Magnificent residence! newly built, excellent quality finishes, very good location, five minutes from the beach walking and 10 min from downtown walking too, the house has pool and hot tube, wifi, bose stereo, a/c, security boxes, gym, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bar with ice machine, game room, tv room, tv five bedrooms, cable television system, laundry, garage, rooftop with bar, blower hot tube, grill, tv, bunks, bathroom, lights, wine cellar, music; so the house has large terraces with hardwood floors; the most exclusive residential area, private security, very quite area, so is the unique house with view to the archaeological area surrounded by exuberant vegetation. The city is Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and is the Mexican caribbean, hot weather; Playa del Carmen city is located between Cancun city and Tulum city, and this area is call Riviera Maya, the city has the famous 5a avenue with restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, shopping, and you can arrive walking just 10 min; Rivera Maya is a tourist destination that has everything: beautiful beaches, jungle, archaeological zones, mayan culture, theme parks, underground rivers; We are waiting for you with open arms!!

Nice home , convenient location

Jose was easy to communicate with and helped us out with all extra services. Pool was nice and large bedrooms. Our children enjoyed the bikes provided too. Home is well located in gated playacar with security on the street outside Home could have been cleaner when we arrived, new filters in AC units and dryer and home does not have CENTRAL AC only split units so main spaces and living areas are difficult to keep cool especially in the hot Mexico temps.

Fantastic host and beautiful property!

Jose was the most accommodating host I’ve encountered. He was punctual, responsive and keeps the house in beautiful condition. I’d also recommend the private chef for an extra special experience. 10/10 and can’t say enough good things about the hospitality!

Casa Antonella es una verdadera gema! Super anfitrión con gran comunicación y servicio. Realmente puedes disfrutar tus vacaciones en este lugar, no necesitas preocuparte por absolutamente nada, estoy segura que lo que sea que necesites José te ayudará a resolver y hará tu estancia más cómoda y amena, ya sea transporte, limpieza, actividades, lo que sea que necesites. Estuvimos por el festejo de cumpleaños de mi hija, y José me ayudó incluso con el pastel, el cual cabe resaltar estaba delicioso. De igual forma tuvo la amabilidad de recibir un arreglo de cumpleaños antes de nuestro arribo, así que para cuando llegamos la cumpleañera estaba muy contenta ya que fue una inesperada, pero super agradable sorpresa. Finalmente, pero no menos importante, el servicio de chef es lo que le sigue de excelente! Magda nos cocinó cada día un variado y riquísimo menú. Este lugar tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesitas para verdaderamente disfrutar tus vacaciones, con una ubicación privilegiada y con mucha seguridad, además a solo 5 minutos caminado de la playa! Sin duda alguna regresaremos a Casa Antonella. Muchas gracias a Casa Antonella por haber hecho del festejo y de nuestras vacaciones una gran expericencia. Super recomendado! *****

Perfect House for a Big Group

We stayed with a group of 10 women, and it was fantastic! The house is gorgeous, and each of the 5 bedrooms had an en suite bathroom making getting ready with a big group a breeze. The pool looks out at the jungle & some ruins, so if felt very private. Jose accommodated our request for early check in, stocked the house with groceries, arranged a chef to cook a delicious breakfast each morning, arranged transportation around town, and was available throughout our stay to answer questions. All around a great stay, and would definitely book this house again for a group vacation!

Perfect bachelorette party or stay for 5 couples

Jose’s house was perfect. 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms fit 14 girls very comfortably. Jose and his wife were at the house upon our arrival for a tour of the house. I felt very safe at the house. There is 24/7 security at the house. Jose is available 24/7 as well. He provided us with transportation at a good cost. He provided a great chef, Magda, for at a great cost and the food was wonderful. Would absolutely book this house again for family reunions, birthday parties, etc.

Amazing!!

We loved everything about this place - great location, felt super safe with a group of 11 ladies. Pool was lovely and a short walk to the beach. The property manager and his wife went above and beyond and was so communicative before and during our stay - went shopping for us, have shuttle rides, booked massages and a chef. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Best Host in Playa del Carmen!

Wow!!! My group and I celebrated my husband and friends 30th birthday trip at this villa and everything was great!! Jose and his staff made sure we had everything we needed from transportation to ALL our planned reservations-chef services daily- and anything extra we needed!! Seriously so attentive and made the planning process seamless!! Thanks so much for helping me make this trip PERFECT!! Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful villa!

Beautiful house and location

I stayed at Villa Antonella with 10 friends and we had a fantastic time. Plenty of space for everyone and Jose helped set up anything we wanted to do. He was like a friend with all the connections when you visit a new city. He helped set up a chef (must do, they are great and made life very easy with a large group), covid tests, set up rides (could fit the entire group in one vehicle), and plan activities. The walk into town takes 10-30 min depending on where you want to go, but it’s a very pleasant walk. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and host experience

Our group had an absolute blast and great time at this house. We will def book again. Jose the host was amazing with communication and his staff was very awesome. I recommend get the breakfast in the morning and to use his transportation team, everyone was amazing to be with.

property needs a daily house manager

I have stayed at other properties in Playacar, and although the house was beautiful, I feel that there should've been someone who could communicate more effectively and a concierge service. I was disappointed with the logistics of getting around and lack of communication with the staff. There was one housekeeper and Jose who was mostly unavailable.
