The Space:

The Leaf is a contemporary condominium in Playacar Phase II, one of Playa del Carmen's most secure and exclusive gated communities, surrounded by tropical greenery. Your apartment (The Leaf, A206) is a bright, open-concept home for up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one king bed and two double beds - plus a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, central air conditioning, and a leafy private balcony. Please note this is a connected (lock-off) layout: both rooms belong to your apartment, and we'll provide access to the entire space. Guests also enjoy the complex's resort-style amenities, including multiple swimming pools, elevator access, and lush gardens.

Guest Access:

You'll have the entire apartment (The Leaf, A206 - both connected rooms), plus access to the resort-style pools and gardens. Playacar is a gated community, so entry requires a QR code and wristbands, which we issue once your registration is complete; vehicles also need a QR code, so we'll ask for your car's model, color, and plate. Check-in is self-service via a keypad code at the unit. If you'll receive a taxi or rideshare, send us the driver's name and plate and we'll generate the QR so they can enter.



The Neighborhood:

Playacar Phase II is a quiet, green, and very secure gated community just south of downtown Playa del Carmen. You're a short ride or pleasant walk/bike from the beach access points and the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), with its restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Supermarkets, golf, and the Cozumel ferry are close by, and cenotes and Tulum make easy day trips.



Getting Around:

Cancun International Airport is about 50 minutes away, and Playa del Carmen's ADO bus station and Fifth Avenue are a short ride from the community gate. Walking and biking are easy inside Playacar; for taxis and rideshares, remember vehicles need a QR code to enter, which we generate for your driver in minutes. A rental car is convenient for exploring the Riviera Maya, and there is parking on site.



Other Things to Note:

- Playacar is a gated community and all guests must be registered with the gate. Please complete the online form and upload a photo ID for every guest (and your vehicle's model, color, and plate if you're driving) before arrival. We use this information only to issue your entry QR code, wristbands, and access codes - it helps the community verify who is entering and keeps everyone secure.

- Your apartment is The Leaf, A206 (a connected/lock-off layout - both rooms are yours). Check-in is self-service via a keypad code.

- We provide starter welcome amenities (such as toilet paper, soap, and a little dish soap); for longer stays or larger groups you may need to top up consumables.

- The beach is a short ride or walk from the community (Playacar is set slightly back from the beachfront).

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.

This is a self-check-in home, and our local Andiani team is available by message before and during your stay to help with your QR code and wristbands, access, recommendations, transfers, and anything you need. Completing your registration in advance lets us have your access ready so you can walk straight in.
