The place
The studio is located within One Paralia Condos, a newly inaugurated building, fully equipped and that has a rooftop that has an unparalleled view of the Caribbean Sea.

Its location is exceptional as it allows you to reach one of the best beaches in Playa in just 3 minutes on foot or if you wish you can enjoy some of the places that surround 5th Avenue.

Otoch Studio is on a 5th floor which you can access from the elevator and has a full bathroom, kitchen, closet, dining room, king size bed and a terrace, from which you can admire the Caribbean Sea whenever you want.

As for the equipment of the studio, you have everything you need to make your vacation the most memorable, such as: A / C, fan, television with satellite channels, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, appliances, electric stove, Smoke detector, safe, hair dryer and clothes iron.

One of the highlights of the construction is that although it is in the heart of Playa the noise will not be a nuisance since it has a soundproofing which makes the noise that enters is the minimum and can guarantee quiet nights.

As for the common areas, you have access to the rooftop that is located above the studio, just go up one more floor to reach it, in this there is an infinity pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms, a barbecue (this can be used by reservation , check availability) and a small gym that only with the view you have will love to exercise in it. Also in the lower part of the building there is a parking lot with limited places, which are used according to the availability of the moment, that is, there is no certainty that during the entire stay the place is reserved, even though there are places outside the building public
