In the heart of Playa del Carmen, just 2 blocks from the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta Avenida!) pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls, nightlife and more, and just 3 blocks from the beach! For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
